Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a safe and quiet spot near the popular drop-off square, right beside the Souks and very close to the big square and taxi station. The rooms, while a good size for a family of four with 2 extra beds, felt a bit cramped once luggage was in. The service was friendly, helpful, and not intrusive, with tasty local pancakes offered. The dining experience featured a variety of delicious options, especially the English breakfast with fried eggs and pancakes.
The riad is centrally located in the Medina, offering a unique and adventurous walk through narrow streets. The rooms, although noisy being close to reception, had a cozy internal patio and were well-equipped. The service was exceptional with a highly professional staff ensuring a pleasant stay. Dining options varied from average to excellent but with slight delays in service. The riad's facilities provided peaceful relaxation areas within the bustling Medina.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while a bit small, were quite cozy and had a lovely touch. The service was excellent, with staff being very helpful and polite, organizing exciting trips for us. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main square and with peaceful chill-out areas. The dining was delicious, offering a mix of local and continental dishes. The facilities were good overall, but a few points could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well-equipped and cozy, but the dining service left something to be desired. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, a decent option with a couple of drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The beautiful central dipping pool was a highlight, but the rooms, especially the Superior room, felt small and not very clean. The service was a bit of a letdown despite some helpful staff. The location was convenient but had signs of cost-cutting. The dining experience had its highs with delicious food but some inconveniences overshadowed it.
